Duplicated invoices fixed

Hi,

A duplicated cron job caused items on the invoices to be duplicated. We have been made aware of this error and corrected everyone’s invoices today. This is only a cosmetic error and will not actually bill you double the amount. If you have accidentally paid manually and more than you should have, we will refund you. No further action is required.
