It’s that time again. There will be delayed response times for support next week on the following day:
Thursday, June 13, 2024, 8 AM to 5 PM PST (9 hours of unavailability)
Tip: The most frequent issue is with modpack installations. If your server does not start, go to the Startup tab and change the Java version to the correct Java version (Java 17, etc). When installing modpacks, the checkbox to “Delete all server files” before installing the modpack sometimes fail. This will result in having multiple conflicting modpack installations. Your server should be empty or clean before installing a modpack. Go to the Files tab, select all files (the checkbox at the very top), and delete all files. Then, you can try installing the modpack again.
Please remember that you always have all the tools to fix any server-related issues without our intervention, but it might take a bit longer to figure out by yourself. We don’t use any special privileged tools either because everything can be done by yourself, so what we can access in the panel is what you can access too. There’s also voluntary community support in the Discord server.
We hope that operations will return to normal hours by the end of next week.
