IMPORTANT: Duplicate items on invoice (December 24, 2024)

The invoices that were generated on December 24, 2024 and due on January 7, 2025 has duplicated the charged items. We’re reviewing all invoices generated on that date and fixing it right now. If you are seeing mistakes on your invoice, please let us know as soon as possible or email [email protected].
On December 24, 2024, the webserver disk ran out of storage, which may have caused this erratic behavior in the billing system.
Update: I’ve reviewed all of the invoices generated on that date, and fortunately, only 3 clients were affected.
