Packet Loss in New York/New Jersey Region

We acknowledge that there is packet loss in the New York/New Jersey network. It appears that one of our upstreams (Zayo Bandwidth) is causing the packet loss, but dropping Zayo would mean removing our DDoS protection service. We’re working on it.
